On the afternoon of September 28th, the 2018 fall meeting of exit and entry policy description and face-to-face visa application was held in Yucai Building. More than 100 international exchange students of our school attended the meeting.

The police officers of the Exit and Entry Administration of Chongqing Public Security Bureau, and the Exit and Entry Administration Office of the Public Security Bureau of Yubei District gave lectures on foreign policies for exchange students. In the lecture, the police officers explained the procedures and precautions for visa processing and residence permit extension to them. After introducing relevant laws and regulations in detail, they answered students' questions patiently.

During the face-to-face visa application for the freshmen and the residence permit extension for currently enrolled students, hundreds of international exchange students lined up to complete the relevant formalities according to their requirements. The students said that the activity provided great convenience for them.

This activity was aimed to help international exchange students have a deeper understanding of relevant policies and complete the visa processing and the residence permit extension more conveniently. This meeting not only facilitated the entry and exit documents processing for overseas students, but also brought them a real sense of accomplishment.
